Jessica's X-Mas Quilt
This is the quilt I made for Jess over the holiday while she was gone. I gave her other things but I knew this one would mean a lot to her and be something she could have and hold for many years to come.
It's the first quilt I ever made. I hand cut each square and heart. Sewed each heart and design by hand, and then hand tied each square, just like grandma would do :::smile::: It's a little larger than queen size.
My neighbor told me I should make them and sell them....I'm not sure i could (or would just make random ones to sell....maybe if someone wanted one and added personal things to it, I might...who knows. But this was very personal for me. it definilty got me thru the days, and helped keep me sane.
It took me a week to make from start to finish
I posted pics below of the smaller quilt I made for my two year old niece Gia.

Dog Brothers :)
I forgot to mention when I put up all the puppy pics that THEY ARE ALL BROTHERS. When we went to get a puppy from the lady whose ad was in the paper, her dog had just had pups, they were a few weeks old...unfortunatly, I didnt take pics when they were that small, these pics are about 3 mos.
Well those puppies were so cute, and they we're all laying on each other and nipping at each other and you could just see how close they were....(two of their siblings had already went to two other homes) that we told her, "we'll take all three". She looked at us in shock, but we couldnt bring ourselves to break them up. So to answer Dr. Deb's comment, thats why they get along (or don't get along) so well. They are thick as theives and their love for each other is amazing, you can see it so clearly.
I call them our "sons", lol

Napoleon
This is Napoleon. Now I know when you have kids, you're not supposed to have favorites, but he is def my favorite. He's the runt of the bunch, but he has the most heart, I guess you could say, he has a "Napoleon Complex" hee hee. Hence the name, lol. He is so sweet with his slanted eyes and he just knows he's my favorite, after the others have walked off in search of something interesting, he's still standing there waiting for a hug.
Is this not the sweetest picture...he's such a good boy. :)
Spiderman
This is Spiderman. He is so named because every since we got him, where he could barely walk, he could climb or jump any barrier we put up. Now when we put them down for the night, he is the only one who has to stay on a leash (it's long) because if not, he gets out and the others howl at the injustice of it and won't stop till we come out and put Spider in his place, lol.

Baby Dill
This is baby Dill, we got her about a week or so ago from a lady that was giving away free kittens. What she didn't tell us was that at three weeks, she really shouldn't have been away from her mother yet...I guess she just wanted to get rid of them. So now we have Dill, who thinks I'm her mama, and every time she hears my voice she starts screaming until I pick her up, and she only wants to curl up under my neck and sleep in the warmth of my neck, which is a little hard when I'm trying to cook...or type...or shower....or breathe, lol.
